At Kandies World, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible so you can be festival-ready in time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

 

📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days

  • Custom, made-to-order, or limited edition items may require additional processing time (up to 7–10 business days)

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business days

During peak festival seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

 

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Canada Standard : 2–7 business days

  • United States Standard: 2–7 business days

  • International : 7–21 business days

  • CAN/USA Express options : 1-2 Business days

  • Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods

 

🌍 International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties

  • These charges are not included in your order total

  • Kandies World is not responsible for customs delays or fees

  • Refused packages due to customs charges are not eligible for a refund

 

📍 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Kandies World is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs

 

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Kandies World is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received unless you paid for shipping insurance:

  • Please contact the carrier directly

  • We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office

  • We recommend taking shipping insurance for faster processing of claims

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at support@kandiesworld.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

🎨 Custom & Festival Items

  • Custom items are final sale and cannot be refunded once production has started

  • Festival-specific or limited-edition items may have extended processing times

  • We strongly recommend ordering early if you need items for a specific event or festival
