Refund policy

We want you to love your Kandies World order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

 

1) Return Window (30 Days)

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date.
If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange.

 

2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

  • Approved by our customer service team before sending it back

Important: Do not mail returns without contacting us first.

 

3) Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Any items purchased on sale (promo codes, special sales, discounted items)

  • Gift cards

 

4) Fees & Shipping Costs

Approved returns are subject to:

  • 15% restocking fee, and

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return shipping:

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a return shipping label is provided by us (if applicable), the cost may be deducted from your refund

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance for higher-value items. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

5) Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm:

  • We received your return, and

  • Whether it is approved or rejected

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.

 

6) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting may take time)

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are common)

7) Exchanges (Damaged/Defective Only)

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, email us at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we’ll provide next steps to exchange for the same item (subject to availability).

 

8) Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a store credit for the value of the returned item (once received and inspected)

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • A refund will be sent to the original purchaser, and the purchaser will be notified.

 

9) Where to Send Returns

Returns must be mailed to the address provided by our support team (Canada or USA), depending on your order.

10) Cancellations

We do not offer cancellations.
Orders begin processing quickly and may involve multiple departments. We cannot guarantee that customer service will see your message before your order ships.
