May was one for the books for the Krew ✨
From the unforgettable energy of EDC, our biggest event of the year, to the bass-fueled madness of Griztronics at the Gorge, Kandies World spent the month making memories with the community that inspires us every day. We also crossed the border for Kandi Bazaar events in Montreal and Quebec, bringing together kandi kids, creators, and festival lovers from all walks of life. From meaningful kandi trades to new friendships and countless shared moments, May reminded us why we do what we do.
And with so many incredible events still ahead, the momentum keeps building 💫
EDC LV: 30th Anniversary
This year’s EDC Las Vegas 2026 was nothing short of legendary for Kandies World 🌈 . Celebrating the festival’s monumental 30-year anniversary, we brought our biggest presence to date with three fully immersive booths spread across the speedway and Camp EDC, creating unforgettable moments for the rave community all weekend long.
The standout success of the weekend was undoubtedly our Garage Booth Stage, which quickly became a fan-favorite destination thanks to an incredible collaboration with Audia Agency and IWANTEDM. Packed with nonstop energy, surprise moments, and massive crowds, the stage featured unforgettable special guest performances from AU5, Vibrant Illusion, RZRKT, and so many more talented artists 🔊 - making it one of our most exciting activations yet.
From sunrise kandi trades to late-night sets, this truly marked our biggest and most memorable EDC Las Vegas experience ever 🌼 .
RAVE, REUSE, REPEAT
This year also marked the launch of the very first Kandi Bazaar events hosted by Kandies World in both Las Vegas and Quebec City, bringing together rave culture, music, fashion, and community in an entirely new way for our brand. These events combined curated thrift shopping, vendor booths, official artist merchandise, and live DJ performances into an immersive experience that quickly became a favorite among attendees.
One of the biggest highlights was the debut of our thrift consignment program, where members of the local rave community brought pieces directly to Kandies World warehouses for us to curate and resell during the event.
The result was a unique, community-driven shopping experience that exceeded all expectations.The Quebec edition featured a special performance by SNAILS, while the Las Vegas event showcased an incredible lineup of local DJs who kept the energy high throughout the day. Seeing the response to both events made it clear that Kandi Bazaar has the potential to become a staple pre-EDC tradition, and we're already excited to continue growing it in the years ahead.
OUR JOURNEY TO GRIZTRONICS
This year marked Kandies World’s first time being part of GRiZTRONiCS at The Gorge, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. While we wish we could have been inside the venue itself, the campgrounds became the heart of the weekend as we kept the energy alive with our camp booth experience, exclusive merch drops, kandi trading, and nonstop late-night vibes.
Day 0 kicked things off in the biggest way possible with a surprise special guest performance from Subtronics that brought massive crowds and unforgettable energy to camp before the festival had even officially begun. During the slower hours each evening, our crew member Turbonate kept the Vendor Village alive with sunset DJ sets that quickly became a favorite gathering spot for campers winding down before the night’s festivities.
Our exclusive Subtronics-inspired merch flew off the shelves , and the overwhelming support from the community made this debut at Griztronics Gorge incredibly special for our team. We absolutely love The Gorge and are already looking forward to hopefully returning even bigger next year.

Since then, it’s been an unforgettable journey filled with festivals, amazing people, and experiences that pushed me outside my comfort zone in the best way possible! "

What is your favorite event to work with Kandies World?
" One of my favorite festivals I’ve ever worked with Kandies World was Electric Forest. Everything about it felt special — the vibes, the music, the people, and especially the team experience. It was also the first time attending for many of us, so we all shared those unforgettable PLUR moments together. The energy there is something I’ll never forget! "
What is something you are looking foward to this year?
" One festival on my bucket list is Rio Carnival in Brazil. The culture, colors, music, and overall atmosphere look absolutely unreal, and it’s definitely a dream experience I want to live one day."
What set CHANGED everything for you?
" Honestly, Griztronics at The Gorge completely changed my perspective on music and festival culture. That moment made me realize how deeply I connect with music, energy, and community. Between the crowd, the atmosphere, and the breathtaking view of The Gorge, it became one of the most life-changing experiences I’ve ever had!! "
WHERE TO FIND US NEXT
As we roll into June, Kandies World is stepping fully into peak festival season, and the next month is shaping up to be one of our busiest yet. We're projected to hit a stacked run of events, including Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, Electric Forest, and Beyond Wonderland at The Gorge, alongside a packed summer circuit featuring Sunsation Music Festival, Escapade Music Festival, and Summer of Sounds. After an incredibly active start to the year, we're heading into this stretch of nonstop travel, activations, and community-driven moments with full momentum.
From campgrounds and vendor villages to massive festival grounds, this season is all about expansion, connection, and showing up wherever the rave community gathers. We can't wait to share what's next as we take Kandies World into one of our biggest summers yet! ✨
